For the past decade, I have been facilitating international change initiatives and coaching teams and leaders. I work in a wide range of industries such as pharmaceuticals, professional and financial services, retail, cosmetics, telecommunications and the media. I have worked with a wide variety of functions – Finance, General Management, Human Resources, IT, Legal, Marketing, and Strategy. I have also coached and advised leaders in start-ups, NGOs and multilateral organizations.
My history of living and working internationally – including in Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Russia, and the United Kingdom – allows me to bring a strong international perspective to my clients’ projects.
My diversified expertise derives from various international staff and line positions, including Head of Business Development at retailer Kingfisher plc, Internal Consultant to the Board at Gruner + Jahr (Bertelsmann), as well as Marketing Director and Chief Editor at the East European Unit of the Economist Intelligence Unit.
I hold a Ph.D. in Slavic Studies, studied International Relations at Johns Hopkins’ School of Advanced International Studies, and have also studied Organizational Behavior in England. I am a certified executive coach with the International Coach Federation (PCC), and trained in Organization and Relationship System Coaching (ORSC).
A certified management consultant (CMC), I have also been certified in agile methods (CSM). Moreover, I am a certified practitioner with The Leadership Circle, Hogan Assessments, and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (Levels I and II).
I have delivered throughout Europe, in North America and Africa, and work with clients in Asia and Australia as well. I work with an international network of coaches, consultants, facilitators, editors and media suppliers who can support us as and when the occasion arises.
